We are happy to help you develop content for your website to share the educational and impactful efforts your department offers for students. Once the content is developed, you will can edit your website after attending OU Campus training.
The Web Team is a group of web designers who assist with the technical design, production, and maintenance of web sites for West Chester University on the external website, wcupa.edu, the internal website, SharePoint, wcupa.sharepoint.com, and the mobile site, m.wcupa.edu. Presently, the team maintains over 14,000 web pages, while assisting with the development and maintenance of many more. The team also develops online forms, automating and streamlining many manual processes, such as event registration.
More than ever, the Web is used as a primary source of information. If you do not have a website, or if you would like assistance with maintaining your site, the Web Team can help with each stage of building and maintaining an attractive and informative site for you.
Photographer request Form
WCU has a designated photographer for all university events and programs. Please complete the online form provided at least two weeks in advance of a photo shoot that is to be completed Monday through Friday, and at least three weeks in advance for a shoot that is to be completed on Saturday and/or Sunday. The Office of Communications will be in touch with you within five days to discuss the details of your request. All requests will be considered and will be accepted based on availability. The Office of Communications reserves the right to consider requests on a case by case basis. If you do not hear from our office please contact HSchwarz@wcupa.edu.
