Cherie Fishbaugh, Director
Cherie Fishbaugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Ed.D. in Policy, Planning, and Administration at West Chester University and her M.A. in special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. Cherie was an adjunct professor in the Special Education department for 8 years, prior to joining WCU staff full-time in 2016 with the start of the Autism Support Program. In 2025, she excitedly became the director of R.A.M. Initiative, continuing her passion for inclusivity.

Kaitlyn McPeak, Graduate Assistant
Kaitlyn is a Graduate Assistant for the RAM Initiative Program at West Chester University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at WCU and earned her undergraduate degree from West Chester University in 2025. Originally from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, Kaitlyn values her connection to the West Chester community and enjoys being actively engaged in campus life. She has a strong passion for education and learning and is committed to supporting students through her work with the RAM Initiative Program.
