The Commission will collaborate with the administration and serve as an advisory board on issues concerning multicultural faculty.

The Commission will serve as a monitoring board for multicultural faculty and the administration.

The Commission will actively work in nurturing an open, honest, and meaningful communication among the administration and the campus community , particularly with the multicultural faculty community.
