To help make the most of our available spaces and enhance the sense of community in the building, select meeting rooms may be used on a first-come, first-served basis when the room is vacant and the door is open. If you choose to use one of these spaces, please keep the following in mind:
- Rooms may be used only when they are not reserved or occupied.
- Official student organization business should not be conducted without a reservation.
- Leave the room in the same condition and setup in which you found it. Please do not move or rearrange furniture on your own.
- Be respectful of the space and any upcoming reservations.
Your cooperation helps ensure these shared spaces remain accessible and ready for everyone to use. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and functional environment for our campus community.
