The WCU Ombudsperson serves our students as a private, neutral and informal resource. Students are encouraged to utilize the Student Ombuds Office for assistance with issues and concerns related to their student experience at WCU.
Mission Statement
The WCU Student Ombuds Office educates students about policies, procedures, and protocols in an effort to empower them to resolve issues, concerns, conflicts and discrepancies in an efficient, timely, and private manner.
