The Office of Venue Management was created in 2006 to manage scheduling, logistics, and operations of the renovated Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall and the newly finished Madeleine Wing Adler Theatre. Venue Management staff work closely with on campus performing arts organizations, academic event coordinators, student organizations, and off campus, local and regional users to ensure their events are successfully presented.
The Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall is located in the Philips Memorial Building. The Madeleine Wing Adler Theatre is located in the Swope Music Building. Since the year 2000, the two venues combined have hosted over 1500 performances with over 500,000 audience members.
