You are right! The Quad had many paths before the circle path was constructed in 2014.  The huge circle lawn in the center of campus is the hot spot for events and hanging out between classes.

Ram's Head Rathskeller (best known as "The Rat") was a popular hang out in the 80's and 90's.

Chickie's & Pete's was never located on High Street, however, in fall 2021 the Diner location will be transformed into the popular stadium eatery. Crab fry lovers rejoice!

Our school colors have been purple and gold since the days of West Chester State Normal School (1871).

Although some think the Green Library is named for its green roof (yay sustainability!), The Green Library is actually named after Francis Harvey Green, an English Professor from 1890-1920 at West Chester Normal School.

Aaaah, the number of campus buildings that can be found on the National Register of Historic Places…but not the number of National Championships.

Golden Rams have brought home 18 National Championships making them a top-ranked DII school.

Filled with books, workstations, articles, and resources, two is the number of libraries on campus. Golden Ram athletes have won way more than 2 championships.

Go green!  Four isn't the number of National Championships, however, it is the number of on campus gardens.  The newest garden, the Pigment and Dye Garden, grows plants which are used to make natural pigments, dyes, and art materials.

Although Philips is our most iconic building, it isn't our oldest.

So close! Built in 1899, Ruby Jones Hall is our second oldest building.

Anderson Hall was erected on campus in 1938, 46 years after Recitation Hall.

Wayne Hall was built on the site of Camp Wayne, which was used for recruiting purposes during the Civil War. In 1943, the two cannons were donated to the town's WWII victory scrap pile.
