University Student Housing, LLC (USH), a division of the WCU Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, manages six high-end community’s located on the West Chester University (WCU) campus. There are four residence halls – Allegheny Hall, Brandywine Hall, Commonwealth, and University Hall. There are also two garden-style apartment communities, The Village and the East Village. Together, the six communities house almost 3,000 students.

• Being responsible for/or providing services to anyone under the age of 18 - This position will provide general assistance with:
- General office duties such as data entry, reception/answering telephone phones, typing, filing, xeroxing, faxing, scanning, answering telephones and emails. Maintain high degree of confidentiality of materials and information of the department. Send documents via inter-office and U.S. postal service. Assist with on-going and special projects, as needed.
- Specific duties as they relate to this department:
- Conduct inspections of vacant units and common areas. Schedule meetings with vendors.
