Biography
Angela Guerriero is a Professor of Music Education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania where she instructs courses in music education and music therapy. She is a board-certified music therapist and founder/clinical director of Tempo! Music Therapy Services in PA and NJ. Her clinical work includes treating a variety of individuals including those with intellectual delays and individuals on the autism spectrum. Her primary research interests are school inclusion and collaboration, trauma informed practice, and the ethics of self-care.
Dr. Guerriero earned her B.S. in music education from West Chester University, her M.M. in special education from West Chester University, her M.A. in music therapy from Immaculata University, her M.M. in music education from West Chester University, and her Ph.D. in creative arts in therapy from Drexel University.
